The Volkl AC50 Skis are well known by avid skiers, and it often ranked as tops in ski mags such as skiing magazine. The AC50 are big and great for those looking for more power and great for those who are off the groomed path often, and those who like to stay off the front sides.

The AC50 are a fast ski and you will notice this right away. If you like going fast then the AC50’s will oblige your wishes. The 50’s are wide so if you like hard pack and tight cuts then you may want to go with the AC30’s or something not as wide. Don’t let the width fool you though they handle hard pack great and they feel really light. The bottom line they are a great ski that is pretty versatile. These are not a great ski for beginners which obviously at this price point would scare most beginners away anyway.

The bottom line is for an intermediate or advanced skier these are a great all around workhorse that will keep a smile on your face.
